Linda Ervine MBE is a language rights activist from East Belfast. She is the project leader of the
Turas Irish language project at East Belfast Mission, which aims to connect people from protestant communities to their own history with the Irish language.
Hilary Copeland is the director of
Fighting Words, an organisation providing free programmes and mentoring in creative writing and related arts to children, young adults and adults with additional needs. She has also been director of the
Irish Writers Centre in Dublin.
