San Clemente resident, Susann Sills, was a doting mother to her twelve-year-old twins and a devoted wife, working along side her husband in his fertility practice. From the outside, the couple appeared to have it all, but when Scott called 911 to report that his wife was dead, authorities would soon uncover too many inconsistencies to ignore.
