On October 31st, 2001, 21 year old Cindy Song attended a Halloween party with two of her friends. A few hours later, around 4am, one of those friends drove Cindy back to her apartment complex and saw her walk up the stairs toward her apartment before driving away. That was the last time that anyone ever saw Cindy Song.
