Austin Gregory Myers 19 years old and Timothy Mosley, also 19 years old were convicted of murdering Justin Back, 18 years old at his family home in order to steal a safe from the house that they believed to hold $20,000. The case received national media attention because of the discrepancy in the sentencing of the two young offenders. One was given life without parole and the other became the youngest inmate on death row in the state of Ohio.
