Waverly Hills Sanatorium was established to be a quarantine hospital for Tuberculosis patients. It opened in the early 1900s as such, but the building still stands today. We dove into the history of the property before its transition to a hospital and the aftermath of the property once the hospital was no longer in use. This spot is known to be one of the most haunted places in America, and we can see why!
