Despite coming home with a chest infection (and my husband with Covid!), I couldn’t help but notice how much the Disney brand still gets right. Yes, parts of the park felt outdated — even inappropriate in places — but the experience still delivered. And that’s the key takeaway. A strong, consistent brand experience builds loyalty and impact, even when things aren’t perfect.
