In July 2017, 26-year-old Cynthia Martinez Perez went out to celebrate a quinceañera and then headed to a bar in Keizer, Oregon to celebrate her recent birthday. After sometime at the bar her friend left leaving Cynthia stranded there alone. After leaving the bar with two men she completely vanished.
