On January 7th, 2016, 19-year-old Tyarra Williams had spent the morning getting enrolled in college courses that she was eager to begin. Later that evening after visiting with her mom she enjoyed dinner at her grandma's house with her boyfriend and brother. Around 8:30pm she told them she was going to meet up with a guy named Travis and she would be back within an hour. Tyarra never came back.
