On June 2nd, 2007, 18-year-old Kelsey Smith went to Target to shop for an anniversary gift for her boyfriend. When she didn't return home everyone knew this was out of character for the reliable and responsible teen. They quickly began searching for Kelsey but she remained missing for four days before she was found deceased.
