Bradford Bulls head coach Kurt Haggerty praised the siege mentality of his side after their 28-10 victory over the Catalans Dragons at Odsal Stadium on Friday evening.

He felt that keeping the scoreboard ticking over by punishing Catalans' discipline in the first half was important in maintaining control.

Notable defensive moments were praised, including Connor Wynn’s tackle on Tommy Makinson, which was seen as emblematic of the team’s spirit.

There is also an important injury update with Joe Keyes sidelined with ongoing back pain, and both Jayden Hokkenbach and Dan Russell expected out for around three months with knee injuries.

Eribe Doro took a knock to the sternum in the match and will be assessed before the Toulouse Olympic game but otherwise Kurt reported the squad emerged relatively healthy.
