The Court of Arbitration for Sport has upheld 11 bans on Russian athletes for doping offences committed at Sochi 2014, and overturned sanctions against 28 athletes, more North Korean athletes have arrived in South Korea for Pyeongchang 2018 and Canadian World Champion Erik Guay will not compete at the games.
