Description

Today we are on the road to Sydney. That doesn't sound very rural but hopefully, by the end of this conversation – you might change your views about how and where farms can operate. Sydney Urban Green is the city's first commercial indoor farm specialising in vertically growing microgreens and sprouts. It makes a lot of sense. It's an economical use of space. And the food is grown where we have the most people. You'll often see these super greens used as a garnish in restaurants but apart from looking good, they are a nutritional powerhouse.
