If there is one thing I have learned in ministry, people are hurting in their relationships. They long for healthy relationships full of love and joy and peace. Many have difficulty ever finding that greatness. Often there has been such woundedness that some never experience enduring love.
One of the sure signs of living a life of greatness is healthy family relationships. I find many successful businessmen can fail in this aspect of greatness. They pour their hearts into success in their business, but they do not pour themselves into their wife and children. They don't have the emotional energy left to give what is needed.
