As we learned that oneness comes from the Holy Spirit lifestyle, it is our love for Jesus that motivates us to stay on this path of oneness. Jesus' death on the cross for us is the ultimate expression of love. He dies to give us life. Life as God has life, which is oneness.
His love instills in us our sense of significance in a world that seeks to rob us of our worth. In this love, our hopelessness vanished in the glory and knowledge that God loves us.
Whenever temptation comes into your mind, confront it with your love for Jesus. This shield of love guards our mind from the arrows of the enemy day and night as expressed in Psalm 91.
