Danger, danger, danger comes the warning from the word of God against those who reject God and His truth in Jesus Christ. In the end they will be consumed with the evil they produce. Romans and Revelation both highlight that those who refuse to receive and accept God's truth will be devoured by the evil that comes from their foolishness and unbelief.
This is the destiny of individuals, as in Romans 1, and with nations as in the curse of Babel in Genesis, the curse upon the nations who curse Abraham and his descendants, and the goat nations judged by Jesus in Matthew 25.
God says that if you do not surrender to Him and His ways, then He removes His hand of grace and allows the person or nation to proceed upon their own path of destruction. This is the judgment of God.
