She draws on personal experience from times in her life when she was balancing being a mother, a tech consultant and a college student and stress caused her to have an anxiety attack. 

Diane clearly explains what to do in events when stress is unavoidable and ways to minimize the impact. She also encourages her listeners to identify their reactions to stress - be it smoking, drinking, eating - so that we can realize when we're experiencing stress and switch to a more healthy coping mechanism.
