Today Diane talks to Ishika Answani, a spiritual psychologist who is based in Dubai. Diane and Ishika met while studying at the University of Santa Monica and bonded over their love of spiritual psychology. In this episode Ishika discusses the difference between honoring your choices versus following habitual patterns. You must be mindful of the habits you're cultivating before the habits that don't support your well-being are hard to change. Anything you do repeatedly can become a ritual and a habit which is fine, however you must make sure that these habits are self-honoring and not harming your state of well-being.
Ishika Aswani counsels people in all matters of life including financial, relationships, body issues and radiant health and well-being. Through this work she uses the two tools of spiritual psychology; soul and behavior to help her clients align their inner experience with the outside world.
