Maybe you want to lose weight or get in better shape so that your clothes fit better, but that just isn’t a deep enough reason to keep you laser focused on those rough days when you just really don’t feel like staying on track. To keep yourself motivated, you’ve gotta dig deep and do some inner soul searching to figure out WHY you want to focus more on your health and well being.

Here are a few Journal Prompts to start uncovering your why. Remember, it might feel strange at first answering these questions, but I promise you, if you really commit and give it a try, I think you will be so happy with the outcome!
