In episode 107 of Becoming Badass podcast I was lucky enough to chat with Pres Cowan. Pres is a former PTI in the Army and has had some realyl cool experiences in her 8 year long Army career.



Pres loves fitness. Obviously... she was a PTI. She's worked with the APCP program (now known as FITPREP) and has some really positive insights to share about this program.



Pres really values fitness, nutrition and wellness very highly. She's now a new Mum to a gorgeous 4 month old bub.She's taking the time to recover and look after herself so that she can get back to training to full capacity sooner rather than later. I loved talking about this with Pres as it really highlights what human bodies are capable of!
