This is episode number 23 of the Becoming Vibrant podcast and today we are diving into the topic of exercise. Because here's the thing, exercise can be amazing for your health, but you can also really damage your health with exercise too. It all comes back to your intention and listening to your body. And i know "just listen to your body" might sound kind of vague or you're like "dude if i listen to my body i will just be a lazy couch potato"-- don't worry! We talk about those things, so keep listening.
I had this conversation with Maryann Auger and I was so freaking excited for it. It's funny because Maryann actually works with my husband Keegan at a local community centre. He works in the pool and she works in the gym. Keegan came home one day and was like hey you know that trainer Maryann? I think you would actually really like her, she posts the same stuff you do. I was super surprised because there aren't a whole lot of anti-diet and weight inclusive trainers out there but as soon as we connected on instagram I was so glad to have met her. I talk more about food and Maryann is an expert in fitness so I was excited to have her on the show to share that side of things.
