Description

Today we are talking all about gut health. It's become a super trendy topic and it seems like everywhere you look, there's an influencer talking about her gut health journey or giving tips for a healthier gut. The thing is, a lot of what is pushed as good for gut health, can actually do a lot of damage in the long term. In this episode, we're talking about what actually happens when we follow a strict diet for repairing our gut and how to nurture our bodies in a way that works long term.

For this episode, I'm chatting with Molly Alliman. It's really cool for me because she is one of the people I've been following on instagram for years and I remember thinking it would be so cool to have a job like hers and now I'm an anti-dieting holistic nutritionist!

Molly is a full-time health coach for individuals who are looking to make peace with food, stop dieting and start their own intuitive eating journey. She works with clients one on one, offers online courses, and also a nutrition plan for those in disordered eating recovery to help transition them into intuitive eating. Molly offers a free masterclass on how to heal your relationship with food. You can sign up at www.balancebymolly.com/masterclass. She will also be launching her 8-week signature Fear to Freedom course on August 5th which takes everything she teaches her clients on healing your relationship with food and delivers directly to you via video modules, worksheets and group support. You can check this out over at www.feartofreedomcourse.com
