We sat down with New Jersey's own Joey Walsh of Wyndup Kid to chat about his recent release called "Disco." It's a fear of missing out anthem. Joey thinks back to before quarantine when there were nights that he decided to stay indoors instead of going out. He has decided that he is going to branch out and do the things he loves because they make him happy.

The music is a fun watch. Joey wanted it to fit the energy that the song should display. His manager Matt threw him a loose concept of people dancing and said think of Molly Ringwald in the Breakfast Club. Joey decided he wanted to do dysfunction dancing through the decades. He refused to stand there and perform because it wasn't a live show. There was no plan going in. That is how the fun video came to be. Keep a lookout for Gary in the video! He steals the show!

Wyndupkid has been started several times, but this single is for real this time. It's leading to something exciting. Joey was balancing a job as a garbage man and was always trying to find the right time to put together music. To this day he's till juggling multiple things like working as a music teacher and going to school, but is in a better head space to write music now. Joey came to realize that if he's not in the best place, then the whole thing won't work. Through patience, he was able to work up to Wyndup kid. Check them out below!
