Formula 1 returns after a month-long hiatus with a Sprint weekend at the Circuit of the Americas (COTA) for the United States Grand Prix. The 5.5km long circuit has been resurfaced and track limits have been extended slightly after many lap times were deleted last year.
Tyre degradation is always a talking point at COTA and teams can factor in either a two or three stop race. All eyes will be on Lando Norris who is chasing Max Verstappen to claim his maiden title, but the Red Bull driver remains the favourite to land a fourth world championship and holds a 52-point lead.
Sean Parker and Mary-Anne Wakefield preview the US GP and give their predictions.
