Parent communication is such a vital part of our jobs as special educators. We know this and want to do it, but man, it can be such a challenge to find the time to do it the right way. Our planning periods are often filled with meetings and we have families to get home to in the afternoons. So how do we communicate and build rapport with our student's parents in the tight timeline we are forced into each day?
