In this episode, I discuss Law III of the Four Laws of Quality Care. Law III states: Help them make sense of their problem. In this episode, we’ll discuss the importance of helping people make sense of their problem, things that get in the way of effectively educating our patients, ways of overcoming these barriers, and how to do all of this within a patient-centered care model. I also talk about beliefs and offer a nuanced way to approach the concept of changing people’s beliefs.
