In this episode I share with you one of the first episodes from another podcast project I've been working on for school called the BuzzLife. The BuzzLife podcast is meant to be a resource for Sacramento State students and in this episode I sit down with Valerie Regner, Associate Director at Peak Adventures, our on campus outdoor program.
