Robert Creek forced Illinois DCFS to take custody of his 14-year-old daughter in order to save her life. She chronically ran away from the residential center where she was placed. In 1996 turned up dead in a nature reserve in Wisconsin. Law Enforcement didn't catch her killer until 2014, and the court process quickly became complicated.
