McLean McGown is a mother of two, wife, Postpartum Doula, Yoga & Pilates teacher, Nutritionist, Buddhist, and yoga practitioner living in Los Angeles. She became a Postpartum Doula in order to embody the help that she didn’t realize she needed after the birth of her first daughter. She is the host of Mother the Mother Podcast which was created to support women throughout their journey into motherhood with a central focus on the postpartum shift. As told from a Doula’s perspective, her podcast helps women to empower themselves from fertility through to postpartum.
