Description

After just having graduated from Elementum Coaching Institute, I realized that while we discuss a lot of coachable topics on this podcast, I haven’t really talked about what a coach actually is. Many people, including myself in the past, don’t really know the difference between a coach and a therapist and which one they need. First, you don’t need a coach to live a good life, but in the Be You Collective, we’re looking to live extraordinary lives and a coach can help guide you through that messy inner work to get there. So, listen on to this episode for insight on what coaches really do, my experience as an Elementum Coaching Institute graduate, and even some coaches I recommend to help you level up.
