The entire Boom Bap Radio crew collectively tucked themselves into bed and like the petulant children they are, demanded a story. Luckily the NJ Governor and his staff weren’t far away and were all chock full of stories. There’s the one about the snarled traffic, the one about the held up federal funds and the best one of all – the one about their boss having no clue. We so love story time. But you know us, we couldn’t stay in bed for long, so we sneaked out. We wished the FLOTUS Happy Born Day, went to the movies and prepared for Martin Luther King Jr. Day. There was some Hip-Hop in the middle of all of that too. Public Enemy, the Mau Maus, Big Daddy Kane, Ludacris, Divine Styler and the Sugar Hill Gang held open the window and drove the getaway car. Assault me with popcorn one more time and I swear I’ll stand my ground– It’s Boom Bap Radio!
