In this episode Jesse and Adam share their thoughts on Umbra, EVS and tier the Explorer's Society keywords.  

Today's drinks:

Jesse - "Domestic Bliss" Cyser - a specialty mead made with 50/50 mix of apple cider and Melaleuca (tea tree) honey.  Fermented with Mangrove Jack's Mead yeast (M05) and treated with staggered yeast nutrients and degassing over the first 4 days of fermentation.  Fermentation temp held at 62F for the first week then allowed to free rise to 68 and held for 1 month.  Allowed to condition for 2 additional months before serving.  13% ABV

Adam - Adult coffee.  Pour coffee, add Bailey's, enjoy.
