Dr. Jaye Gardiner is a co-founder of @jkxcomics JKX comics, whose mission is to increase scientific literacy, access, and exposure to a variety of STEM disciplines using comics. Jaye's current research studies signaling from cell-to-cell interactions in the pancreatic tumor microenvironment. Along with all this DOPENESS, Dr. Gardiner is also involved in the @tripinitiative program as a mentor and educator, encouraging teens to pursue a career in STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and math) through hands-on research experiences!
