The Grizzlies are competing in the 1. Volleyball Bundesliga (@volleyball_bundesliga_official) and will also debut in the CEV Challenge Cup this year.

He explains why he needed to kill the player inside of him in order to become a better coach. Itamer describes what leadership means to him and explains why he is not the biggest fan of team rules.
