As the title suggests, he covers nine of the most common reasons you’re getting ghosted and detailed tips on how to fix them.
Though his book is geared towards wedding and event professionals, I know you’ll still get a ton of useful information from this episode if you have any type of service-based business. Because although it seems like a harmless metric, the ratio of inquiries to bookings you receive can tell you a lot about how you can improve your customer experience.
