Drs. Berenstein is a pediatric cardiac anesthesiologist with a passion for teaching other anesthesiologists how to care for patients with congenital heart disease – to that end she recently edited and published Congenital Cardiac Anesthesia: A Case-Based Approach. She's also a Physician Career Development and Leadership Coach, as well as an Advisory Board member and Coach for the Society for Pediatric Anesthesia's Women's Empowerment and Leadership Initiative. Her interests include physician wellness and resiliency, the development of inclusive cultures, and the interplay of professional development and well-being.
