Today, let’s talk about  "Doing more won't fix how you're feeling." We all have our own ways of coping with challenging emotions, and one common approach is to keep ourselves busy.

I'll be the first to admit that I tend to fall into this pattern. When life gets tough, I tend to dive headfirst into tasks and activities, trying to distract myself from what I'm really feeling. I know I'm not alone in this, and maybe you do it too?

But here’s the thing…emotions are like toddlers – they just want to be seen and heard. When we acknowledge them, sit with them for a while, and allow yourself to process them, they tend to fade away.

So the next time you feel an uncomfy emotion, I’m teaching you how to handle it in this episode. Emotions often arise for a reason, and ignoring them won't make them go away.

Be mindful of whether you're avoiding your emotions by keeping busy. It's a habit that can prevent you from truly processing and releasing those feelings. But, there's an alternative – integrative breathwork. It's a powerful tool that can help you process and release emotions.
