Hey friends! I loved recording today’s episode because I think this is something that could be helpful to a lot of us. I wanted to talk about how to decide if you need a coach/mentor for your business. I think that hiring a coach has become way more common but I don’t think enough people talk about how to find the right coach or how to know if you even need one. In this episode I go into a few specific points that I wish I had known when hiring my first coach. But the gist of it really is, not every coach is going to be the best fit for you. There are plenty of amazing coaches out there, and bad ones, but the hardest part about hiring a coach is finding the right one who will help you become the most successful you can be. I think that hiring a coach really has helped me improve and I know that there are a lot of people not sure if they’re ready to take that step. Take your time, make sure it’s right for you but when you find a good fit you will not regret it!
