Hey hey everyone! On Braving the Mountain this week I wanted to talk about wanting vs deciding to feel better.

The line between wanting to feel better and deciding to feel better can get a little fuzzy sometimes and when we think we are changing because we WANT to feel better, we aren’t really getting anywhere. You really have to DECIDE to feel better and the difference is taking action. There doesn’t have to be a big life event or a time you almost get pushed over the edge, you can make that decision NOW and change. 

You have all that control in your life and you can make that decision. It’ll be a lot of work, but that’s not a mountain you can’t brave.
