Today I’m talking about deciding who you want to be as a mom and how to make it happen. When I became a mom, I was lost and didn’t know who I was anymore.

I knew what I didn't want to do, like yelling and feeling overwhelmed, but I was stuck in those habits not knowing how to get out.

Trying to change while feeling shame is really hard. If you're feeling shame right now, you're not alone. I've yelled at my kids too, but it doesn't happen often anymore.

If you're like me, maybe you snap and then feel bad about it?

If you really think about it, what kind of mom do you want to be?  Because you can make different choices. You can be the mom you want to be now. It's all about deciding and asking yourself how would that version of you show up today?
