I am so freaking excited about this week's episode because it is one where I share things that have CHANGED my life. I think that a lot of times we believe we will find calm in so many things outside of ourselves, but what if I told you that you are looking for calm in all the wrong place?
It's not within the clean house... at least not until you've created it within! Then a clean home will relax you even more and you'll stop looking for things to do even when the house is clean.
You've gotta get to the root of why you aren't calm and THEN you'll be the woman who finds peace and calm in a clean space.
