David Rocklin is a novelist who has written two books of literary fiction: The Luminist (published in the US and Italy) and The Night Language, winner of the Foreward LGBTQ award. Both are traditionally published. He has also written a craft book on writing, which will be forthcoming. He created and host a long-running reading series, Roar Shack, based on Los Angeles, and is creating a writers retreat to be situated in Idyllwild, CA.
