Similar to the first time Ross was on the podcast (episode #114), we just caught up about everything since we last talked (he's since swam nearly 100km in the Caribbean). We also went through everything from his new book 'The World's Fittest Book'.  As always, Ross just dropped fitness, training and nutrition bombs galore!!!
