- Sophia has traveled the world for over a decade to understand what this world is about. She has studied energy and perception as well as creativity. She has collaborated with scientists and studied in psychology. She has studied premier coaches and has been coached herself by a business coach with a spiritual and metaphysical edge. Her conclusion: Reality is not solid. [12:36]
- The ego is not very creative. It can't imagine where new portals can take us. Trust your intuition and tap into what you want. You can change your own life and change the world. [27:45]
- Case in point: Since our first episode, Sophia has published a book, developed her own healing practice and led a group on a virtual pilgrimage. Her personal specialty is "wormhole" coaching: how to break apart A>B>C linear time, bending the space between point A and C to bypass point B at warp speed. [34:14]
- What reality is really like: Everything is happening in this moment. There is no future. There is no past.
