Weddings are a time of joy and love and connecting with friends and family. They're also a great time to meet single friends of friends that are interested in a cozy yet eventful evening. This was one such time, and it was fun, until it wasn't. I arrived excited for fun and I left feeling tense af, bruised, and hollow. How could something like this happen to me?
