Evie is originally from Perth, Western Australia. She has a professional background in running large electronic music events in Australia. She originally came to BC for Shambala, and felt the draw of the small town life. So after landing in Nelson she started working for the Kootenay Music Festival and the Tiny Lights Festival as well as doing the marketing for Arts Wells in Wells, BC. She wants to serve her community, and you can really feel that passion come through in our interview.
