Episode 50! Get hyped y'all!
This week is crazy exciting, because I get to introduce the wonderful, and kind of a big deal Nick Fontaine!
Nick is so well spoken, kind, and happy-go-lucky especially when you get to sit in an intimate setting with him. We got to talking right off the bat about his experience with mental illness and mental health in his own life, and I'm so excited by how frank and honest he was about his situation. It means so much to me, and to so many other people listening who have dealt with mental illness in our lives to have someone who is willing to speak on it, and show that it isn't something to shy away from. #normalizementalillness
