Shaudae Murray is the Program Manager of Capacity Building Initiatives with her main area of
focus being ICTC’s WIL Digital Program.
Her experience in the non-profit and private sectors has helped support ICTC’s national growth
and available programs while overseeing all relationships, program delivery, and
communications.
During her time at ICTC Shaudae has worked on the WIL Digital team in a variety of capacities.
Growing from an Administrative Coordinator to Stakeholder Liaison, then taking on a leadership
role becoming the Team Lead of Employer Engagement, Outreach, and Partnerships to
becoming the Program Manager.
Responsible for overseeing employer engagement, outreach, partnerships, program
administration, eLearning engagement, and program budget Shaudae’s focus is to create
strategic opportunities for continued growth and success for students entering Canada’s digital
economy.
ICTC’s WIL Digital is an innovative Work Integrated Learning program that helps employers grow their businesses by providing wage subsidies for hiring post-secondary students. WIL Digital provides 50% of the student’s salary up to $5,000, or 70% up to $7,000 for underrepresented students. ICTC’s WIL Digital placements supports Canadian businesses that offer student work placements within the Digital Economy.
