Pablo Lara is the coffee expert in San Diego.He helped create San Diego's only coffee event, The Cold Brew City Fest. This year the event is taking place on Saturday, November 16th. He is also an amazing person who has a plethora of knowledge when it comes to knowing not only coffee, but knowing about the farmers that grow the coffee.
