One of the hardest things to develop in elite professionals is the simplification of communication.
Be passionate and concise in your explanations. Remove 50% of the complexity in your presentation. Then, go back and reread your notes and remove the other 50%. You’ll have better meetings, and your audience will appreciate, respect, and trust you even more.
