We’re 52 episodes in, which means we have been together for a year now! In that short span of time, this podcast has grown and changed me into becoming a better human being. And so for this episode, I'm doing our first guided meditation as we look back at this past year, and look forward to the new year. I’m helping you set some intentions for what you hope to come to fruition in 2023.
This is a nice grounding exercise to prepare yourself for the new year ahead – looking back at things that have gone well, what didn’t go well that you need to tweak or improve on, and setting your intention for the coming year. This is a beautiful practice to keep us true to who we are and who we want to become.
